Jr. Warden's Report for 2007
The congregation deserves heartfelt thanks and appreciatin for making my job easier, please give yourselves a big pat on the back!!!! And special thanks to the Girl Scouts who helped with the spring clean-up and planting.
The JW job has been relatively simple this year. Light bulbs and filters were changed, new light fixtures were installed outside. Kitchen phone jack and a few rubber pads on kneelers were replaced. The heating and cooling units were inspected, pictures hung and pressure washing done. And Sander's plumbing will be out to fix the leaky faucet outside.
The grounds remain in fair condition. Everyone has helped and I thank you. The Children's Garden was planted with roses, 2 gardenia bushes and seasonal flowers. The fertilizing was done. We've pulled weeds, trimmed, planted, pruned and mulched.
The Gardening Guild has grown and there will be lots of fun re-doing the Azelea Garden next year. The main water line to the kitchen is under the garden and may be a bit tricky. St. Mary's garden looks good and will be our 1
Thank you for the oppurtunity to be your Junior Warden this year.
Sincerely
Linda S. Clifford
